It all started when I became a mother in September 2017.

I do not have to explain how that, on its on, was life changing. About 6 months postpartum, I found myself feeling lost, itching for an occupation that would make me feel like myself again. A way to create and to use my hands.

Thanks to the Internet, weaving made its way to me. Very organically. Almost as if I summoned it without even knowing a thing about it. It started appearing on my feed online and I felt the urge to give it a try. It didn’t take long for me to be completely smitten. Shortly after, WOVVVEN was born in March 2018.

I have since created hundreds of pieces and yarns that have found a home around the world. If you are reading this, I’m so thrilled that you are here!
